Boilers, radiant heat, cast iron and European panel radiators, baseboard, and the oil-to-gas conversions and indirect hot water that go with an older heating plant. Viessmann and Buderus are what we install when a boiler needs replacing, because they are built to outlast the five to seven year cycle a lot of homeowners have gotten used to.

High-velocity mini-duct and ductless mini splits for houses that were never built with duct chases, plus conventional duct systems and heat pumps where the ductwork already exists. We are a Unico-certified installer, which is the credential that matters specifically for the high-velocity work.
Air Conditioning in detail
Water & fixtures
Rinnai tankless water heaters installed by a certified dealer, whole-house filters and water softeners, ProPress and PEX for domestic water, and the sump pump, leak and drain-waste-vent work that keeps a house dry. Faucets, repairs and replacements round out the rest.
